Terms and conditions of sale
1. Subject
The present terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between CABANA JUNO, a division of NONA RETAILL LLC, and its customers in connection with the sale of decorative items and toys for children.
2. Orders
All orders placed with CABANA JUNO imply unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale. Orders can be placed via the website or by email.
3. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros and are subject to change at any time by CABANA JUNO. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order. Delivery costs are at the customer's expense and are indicated when the order is placed. Delivery terms depend on the item and can be made via DPD or Colissimo in France.
4. Payment
Orders are paid for by credit card or PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied.
5. Delivery
Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen (DPD or Colissimo) and are given for information only. CABANA JUNO cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties. After 14 days, returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged on receipt.
7. Refunds
Refunds will only be made if the product is damaged on receipt and on presentation of proof of damage. No exchanges will be accepted.
8. Guarantees
Products sold by CABANA JUNO are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 15 days. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse or abnormal use of the products.
9. Liability
CABANA JUNO cannot be held responsible in the event of non-execution or poor execution of the contract attributable to the customer, to a case of force majeure, or to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve their differences amicably. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those of the location of the registered office of Cabana Juno, a division of NONA RETAIL LLC.
11. Protection of personal data
Personal data collected in connection with orders are processed in accordance with current data protection regulations. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
12. Modifications to the GSC
CABANA JUNO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new general sales conditions will be applicable to orders placed after their publication on the CABANA JUNO website.
